The Specialized Technician Diploma is recognized everywhere in Europe within the EQF- European Qualifications Framework and it certifies a specific knowledge, specialized skills and professional competencies, which will allow the trained Technician to operate straight into the processes of production, control and management of goods and services, developed in highly advanced technological work contexts.
At the end of the whole Logistics ITS educational path, for the technological area of Sustainable Mobility-Infomobility Management-Logistic Infrastructures, and upon successful completion of the final exam, the obtained Diploma of Specialized Technician (EQF V level equivalent) certifies:
- A systematic vision of the Infomobility, Logistics and Mobility scenarios;
- A solid basis of scientific, technologic, organizational, communicative and linguistic competencies;
- The mastery of specific languages regarding Infomobility, Logistics and Sustainable Mobility sectors;
- “Soft-skills” to successfully interact with working groups competent in different domains.
What if I would like to graduate at the end of the ITS course of study?
Specialized Technicians have the possibility to require the acknowledgment and the certification of the educational credits earned (DPCM 25.01.2008 and Decree Implementing art. 14, 3 Comma L. 240/2010). The recognition, the nature and the amount of such credits, will be established upon deliberation of the specific Universities and their dedicated Authorities.
What if I do not achieve the Diploma of Specialized Technician?
The Technical-Scientific ITS Committee can issue, upon student’s request, the documentation of the achieved competencies, even if the student failed to accomplish the course of study or the final exam. A similar certification can be released by the companies, where the internship took place, upon request from both the students as well as the Technicians, who already have obtained the Diploma.
